Challenge
Generate data-driven insights that showcase deep knowledge of the regional payments landscape and secure organic editorial coverage to raise awareness of Rapyd—a global Fintech-as-a-Service player still new for the LATAM market.
Strategy
We ran an online survey across Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico, uncovering insights on Traditional Banks vs. Neobanks, E-Commerce vs. Social Commerce, and consumers’ willingness to adopt global payment trends.
The findings were repackaged into tailored local and regional content for each market. This approach opened doors to key stakeholder segments and positioned Rapyd on journalists’ top of mind of go-to regional payments fintech brands.
Results
In just two months, we secured 50+ pieces of coverage worth over USD 60 K in earned media—mostly in Tier-1 business and tech outlets. Highlights include placements in each country’s leading publications such as El Universal, Business Insider, El Economista, Forbes, Portafolio, and La República. We also landed bylined articles in Entrepreneur (Mexico), iProup (Argentina), and Diario La República (Colombia).
