Objective
Terapify, an online psychological therapy platform and strategic partner for companies in caring for the mental health and well-being of their employees, needed to introduce its new Terapify Empresas division and generate awareness among business and HR media.
Challenge
Demonstrate that Terapify understood the situation of employees in companies in the post-pandemic period in order to help care for their mental health.
We needed information on topics such as: changes in habits and customs (work and personal), fears generated by the pandemic, the relationship between quality of life and the implications of returning to the office.
Solution
We conducted an online survey to understand the mental and work reality of workers in Mexico post-pandemic. Based on the results obtained, we developed three press pieces.
- Mental health and employment: A snapshot of Mexico.
- Post-pandemic threat for companies: Burnout
- Mental health is the new benefit sought by workers
Results
In a span of 6 weeks, we obtained 36 publications, achieving Earned Media of over MXN 700K. More than 70% of the coverage appeared in Tier 1 national business and HR media outlets such as Reforma, Expansión, El Economista, El Heraldo, TV Azteca,, MSN, among others.
Additionally, due to the study's strong reception, a very solid relationship with Expansión was established, making Terapify one of the media outlet's main sources of information during 2022.
Additionally, Mundo Ejecutivo magazine invited Terapify to present the study at the Los Mejores CHRO's Forum, where a strong connection was achieved with Amedirh to carry out a new survey together during 2023.
