Objective

Terapify, an online psychological therapy platform and a strategic ally for companies in the care of mental health and the well-being of their employees, needed to present its new division, Terapify Empresas, and generate awareness among business and HR media.

Challenge

To demonstrate that Terapify was knowledgeable about the post-pandemic situation of employees in companies to be able to assist in caring for their mental health.

We needed to have information on topics such as: changes in habits and customs (work and personal), fears generated by the pandemic, the relationship between quality of life and the implications of returning to offices.

Solution

We conducted an online survey to understand the mental and work reality of workers in Mexico post-pandemic. Based on the results obtained, we developed three press contents.

- Mental health and employment: A Snapshot of Mexico.

- Post-pandemic threat to companies: Burnout

- Mental health is the new benefit sought by workers

Results

In a span of 6 weeks, we obtained 36 publications, achieving an Earned Media of + 700K MXN. More than 70% of the repercussions were in national Tier 1 media for business and HR, such as Reforma, Expansión, El Economista, EL Heraldo, TV Azteca, MSN, among others.

Additionally, due to the great acceptance of the study, we established a very solid relationship with Expansión, managing to make Terapify one of the main sources of information in the media during 2022.

Furthermore, Mundo Ejecutivo magazine invited Terapify to present the study at the Forum of the Best CHRO's, where a strong connection was achieved with Amedirh to jointly conduct a new survey during 2023.
